In this discussion, you will address the topic of customer satisfaction and relationship building. To prepare for the class discussion, please complete the following: Review Chapter 9, pages 234 – 263.
Almost everyone has experienced at least one difficult interaction with a customer, or has dealt with poor or frustrating customer service. Think about an experience you may have had with a customer while working, or as a customer.
- Why was the communication challenging? What barriers might have existed?
- What could have been done differently to improve the experience and build a relationship with the customer?
Respond with relevant comments to two of your classmate’s main discussion posts (try to choose posts different than yours). Your responses should address course concepts.
