Leadership Behavior
Think about a time you encountered negative leadership behavior. Based on that experience, write an essay that proposes your recommendations on how the quality of leadership in that situation could have been improved. Your essay will encompass the elements of critical thought and good writing. You will write in the first person for this assignment.
In your essay, include the following:
The details of the experience you choose to study.
An analysis of the leadership behavior in the situation.
Recommendations for how to improve the leadership behavior.
Research that supports both your negative assessment of the leadership behavior and your recommendations for improving the behavior.
Your paper must be 1,800 to 2,400 words in length, not counting the reference and title pages. It must be well written and supported by at least four scholarly or peer-reviewed references, two of which must be outside of the readings used in this course (the CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these sources). Be sure your entire paper, including your title and reference pages, are formatted according to CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements.
