Journal Assignment
Use News You Can Peruse to identify a news story that uses social media to attract readers or in some way add value to the piece you have chosen.
Once you have identified the story you wish to write about, you are ready to write down your observations in your journal.
Journal entries should include the following:
A link to the story
A paragraph exploring what the social media element adds to the reader’s experience
A paragraph suggesting another type of social media platform to use to enhance the same news story
