Assignment 1: Rough Draft Dropbox (EXAMPLE of the format is attached)
You will post your rough draft two places –The rough draft of your researched proposal is due to the Unit 4 Discussion Peer Review and also to the Unit 4 Dropbox no later than Saturday of Unit 4. Your instructor will review your rough draft and provide you with feedback to guide your writing of the final draft. Your team of peers will provide you with feedback on your draft in the Discussion.
Put your rough draft in a Word document. Save it in a location with a title you will remember and that includes your name.
To submit your draft, go to the Dropbox and click on the Unit 4: Rough Draft link and follow the instructions. Make sure that you save a copy of the paper you submit.
Assignment 2: Graphics (15 points)
In this unit you read about design and using original graphics to convey many ideas using visual images (see Unit 4 Reading). You will examine the draft proposal you have already submittedfor at least one opportunity to use an original graphic (a table, a graphic depicting relationship or process— see the tutorial below on the icon). You will be inserting this graphic into your Final Proposal as a required element due in Unit 5.
Design your graphic in a Word document and then explain in a minimum of 200 words 1) what you are trying to convey and 2) to whom.
When you are ready, submit your graphic in a Word document to the Assignment 2 Dropbox for this unit. Although submitted in Unit 4 for a grade, you will receive feedback from your professor in the beginning of Unit 5 so you can incorporate this feedback into your final paper.
