Junior Estimator – part time (3 days a week)

REPORTING TO
Senior Estimator
RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Interpret plans and complete take-offs
- Liaise and communicate with trades, suppliers, and the internal teams
- Assist in tender preparation
- Review contracts
- Track expenses during the course of projects(s)
- Process subcontractor claims
- Request and review subcontractor quotes
Skills And Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years estimating experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation and written skills
- Carpentry background is highly advantageous
- Proficient in excel
- Databuild experience preferred
